Moschino

Fashion house Moschino, whose value is estimated today at approximately 210 billion Italian liras, was founded by Franco Moschino. Moschino brand stores are located in major cities around the world, such as Osaka, Rome, London, Las Vegas, Abu Dhabi and Moscow.

The history of the Franco Moschino house began in 1985, it was then that the designer created two of his own collections, Cheap and Chic and Moschino Jeans. Prior to this, Franco worked for eleven years at Versace Fashion House. He was inspired by the desire to create models designed for the street to create his own clothing line; he was an opponent of ostentatious high cost and luxury.

As a result, Moskino collections were strikingly different from high fashion standards. He made a real revolution in the fashion industry. Women simply adored him, because the models created by Franco Moschino allowed them to dress as they like, create their own style, and not oppress their “I” in an effort to be fashionable.

Creating its collections, the Moschino fashion house always adheres to the basic principles laid down by the famous couturier back in the 80s:

– A thing should not just be beautiful – it must be strong, durable and wearable, only this can guarantee its popularity.
– Gaming style is a “trademark” of Moschino.
– There are no standards, except perhaps the quality. Clients at home are ordinary women who do not necessarily comply with model standards. Therefore, the main goal is to create clothes that will make any woman beautiful, regardless of her age, height and weight.

It is Franco Moskino that we owe the appearance in the fashion world of the image of a vamp woman. He laughed at fashion, and believed that there was neither good taste nor bad – there were only talented or mediocre things.

Gradually, the Moschino company expanded and developed, delighting its fans with new collections and opened lines of new products. So in 1987, the Moschino perfume line was opened, and later the accessory line.

The fashion house experienced a great loss with an ear from the life of Franco Moskino, the founder and talented fashion designer, whose cause of death was AIDS. However, the designer’s close people did not let his business fall apart.

Franco Moschino’s home is led by Rossella Jardini (Rossella Giardini), a former Moskino companion. She released the signature fragrances “The Chip and Chic by Moschino” and “Oh! De Moschino”, launched the men’s line “Uomo?” and sports – “Moschino Life”. In 2003, the first Moschino Hours & Minutes watch collection was launched, created in conjunction with the Sector Group Spa. But the company does not plan to stop there.

“Fashionable is what you like!” – This is the main slogan of Moschino, which remains relevant to this day.
